A Private Longevity Practice

Most executives
don't have a health problem.
They have a prioritization problem.

For leaders already doing a lot — bloodwork, training, supplements, sleep work — and ready for a clear answer to one question: what actually matters now.

The Philosophy

A practice
built for the few.

The executives I work with are already doing more than most people will ever attempt. Bloodwork drawn quarterly. Wearables on every limb. Training programs, sleep protocols, supplement stacks measured to the milligram.

What they almost never have is one person looking at all of it together — and telling them, with conviction and without an agenda, what to focus on, what to drop, and what comes next.

The work isn't more inputs. It's the right ones, in the right order, for your specific body and your specific life.

That's the entire practice. No protocols sold. No supplement stacks pushed. No generic frameworks repackaged. A direct, personal read on where you are — and a clear plan for where you're going.

The Method

Four lenses.
One complete picture.

i. Foundation

Blood & Biomarkers

Quarterly comprehensive panels — far beyond standard executive physicals. We read the data together and translate it into action.

ii. Capacity

Training & Recovery

Programmed strength, conditioning, and recovery built around your time, your body, and what your data is telling us.

iii. Resilience

Sleep & Stress

The two highest-leverage inputs in longevity, and the two most executives are getting subtly wrong. Refined month by month.

iv. Composition

Nutrition & Fuel

Not a diet. A precise nutritional approach calibrated to your training, your bloodwork, and your goals for the next decade.

The Entry Point

The Practitioner

Why this practice exists.

I started this practice because I kept meeting the same person, over and over, in different cities and different industries: a high-performing executive doing nearly everything right — and still feeling stuck, slow, or quietly worried about the next decade.

Not because they lacked information. They had too much of it. What they lacked was someone with the time, attention, and expertise to look at all of it as one picture, then build a plan they could actually execute against the realities of their life.

That's the work I do. I take a small number of clients each year and we go deep — not wide. The result is what most of them describe as the first time they've felt genuinely clear about their health since they started caring about it.

In Their Words
"

For the first time in years, I have a clear answer to the question of what I should actually be doing for my health — and what I can finally stop doing.

CEO · Private Equity · 12-Month Client
"

Working with Valdez has been one of the best decisions I've made — for my performance, my energy, and my business. I show up to everything differently now.

Founder · Technology · 8-Month Client
"

I spent years tracking data, doing all the right things, and still felt like I was guessing. I wish I'd had this clarity ten years ago. The difference is not subtle.

Managing Director · Finance · 6-Month Client
"

I've worked with coaches and advisors across every area of my life. This is the first time someone looked at the full picture and gave me a plan I could actually trust. Best investment I've made in myself.

Common Questions

Before you begin.

The questions most often asked before a first session — answered honestly.

Who is this work for?

+

Executives, founders, and leaders who are already serious about their health and ready for direct, expert guidance — not generic protocols. The work assumes you're motivated, doing meaningful work in the world, and want a higher level of precision than most coaching offers.

What do I need to bring to the Map session?

+

Recent bloodwork (within the past year), an honest picture of your current training and sleep, and any wearable or tracking data you have. If you're missing pieces, I'll guide you on what to gather before the session — there's no penalty for incomplete data, only an honest read.

Does the Map fee apply toward the program?

+

Yes. If you choose to enroll in the six-month program within fourteen days of your session, your Map fee credits in full toward enrollment. The Map stands on its own as a complete deliverable — but if you decide to keep going, you don't pay twice.

Are you a doctor?

+

I am a longevity performance coach. The work is education and coaching — not medical advice or diagnosis. For anything requiring clinical care, I collaborate with and refer to qualified physicians. Many clients work with me alongside their existing medical team.

Is the program in person or remote?

+

Primarily remote, with a Private Concierge tier that includes scheduled in-person visits across the United States. Most clients begin remote and add Concierge visits where it makes sense — typically around major life or training transitions.

How many clients do you take?

+

A small, intentionally limited number. The depth of attention each client receives is the entire point of the practice — so I cap engagements rather than scale them. If a fit isn't currently available, you'll be told directly.
